As your church or organization prayerfully enters this season, we invite you to consider the Foundation, in partnership with the United Methodist Development Fund, as a possible lender to refinance an existing loan or secure a new loan.
Together, the Foundation and UMDF offer unparalleled expertise in church loans, not to mention competitive rates. Additionally, we understand churches better than an average lender and design loans specifically with church leaders in mind. With the Foundation, church members can be invited to participate in the loan through the Certificates of Participation Program.
