Tyler Curtis will join the Kansas Area United Methodist Foundation as Chief Development Officer effective August 1, 2021. Tyler brings to the Foundation more than 20 years of experience in education and development.
For the third year, the Foundation is offering one-time matching grants to advance ministries across our state, especially in ways that are creative, innovative, and new.
An 8-month program, beginning in March, that will deliver deep and holistic financial training for clergy. This program will be limited to 20 appointed United Methodist clergy in Kansas to provide greater depth and establish meaningful, long-lasting connections.
One of the services of the Foundation is preaching for weekend services. With the pandemic, it changed how many churches worship and the staff's ability to travel.
